In the picture, we had to remodel the back of the house due to rot in the lintel. We crafted bespoke windows and changed the structure to fit in with the period of the house. The rot was caused by the lack of guttering. To rectify this we installed cast Ali guttering that complied with the building regs for the conservation area the house was in.
